The architecture of the guesthouse is minimalist modern, which is aimed at providing all the comfort a cosmopolitan guest would need without overstuffing his/her breathing space with dank wood and drab draperies. Everything in Xcelsus is crafted to be refreshingly good.
The guesthouse can accommodate a total of 50 guests at any one time. It has a sauna complex where business groups and families could stay and relax after a long day’s seminar. Because it is geared to serve professionals who are looking for accommodations which are private enough but up to date, Xcelsus has two function rooms which are perfect for seminars and banquets.
The Eastern Room with an area of 45 meter sq. can sit up to 40 individuals. It’s perfect for a big meeting or over-the-weekend business seminar. Banquets and wedding receptions, on the other hand, can be held in the Western Room, which can sit up to 150 persons at any one time.
The food in Xcelsus is also excellent. The menu boasts of exquisite French cuisine and sweet delicacies. Native Latvian coffee is served throughout the day.
